Ich habe schon früh mit allen möglichen Bleichmitteln meine Flecken auf der Haut gebleicht. Meistens im Spätherbst, weil dann die Haut über den Tag hinweg deutlich weniger UV Strahlen ausgesetzt ist. So ging das in meinen zwanziger Jahren mit Sommersprossen schon ganz gut. Jetzt habe ich auf die gleiche Weise meine ersten Altersflecken so behandelt.
Klar gehen die Flecken eigentlich nie komplett weg, aber sie verblassen so stark, dass mein Hautbild einfach viel schöner war. Erst am Ende des Sommers waren die Altersflecken dann wieder stärker da. Ich finde die Lösung immer noch besser, als die Haut mit einem Laser zu verbrennen.
